As our residents all know, there is no better party than a Mt. Adams Resident Party. Thanks to our great residents, our parties have become "can't miss" events. Our party on June 18th was no exception. Thank you to all of our residents who were able to come and make the Summer party such a great event. Party pictures of you and your neighbors are coming soon here online and in our newsletter! For those of you who were unable to attend our Summer Party, we look forward to seeing you at our Fall Boat Cruise in September.
At our summer party, prospects from earlier that week came to our party with their deposit checks and completed lease applications to lock up their new home right at the bar! If you refer one of your friends, maybe we'll write you a check!
